These Terms govern your use of the Melloba app and this website. By using Melloba, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Melloba is

Melloba is a parenting-support tool that analyses everyday conversations between parents and children and produces descriptive, visual reports. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or risk prediction. See our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and be a parent or guardian using the app for its intended purpose. You are responsible for your account and for obtaining any necessary consent to record.

4. Acceptable use

Use Melloba lawfully and only for your own family reflection. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to record people without appropriate consent.

5. Your content

You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant us the limited permissions needed to process it and provide the service. We handle your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and features may change.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability.

8. Termination

You may stop using Melloba and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or legal reasons.

9. Governing law

Governing law and dispute resolution will be set out here before public launch. Until then, if you have a concern about Melloba, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post changes here with an updated date.
